We stand behind the proven technology of Oil Gone Easy S-200. If you are not fully satisfied with our product, we will be happy to process a refund. However, please be advised that you must give the product sufficient time to biodegrade an oil/fuel stain before you request a refund. Depending on the type of oil/fuel, age of the stain and weather conditions, it may take up to 120 days* to completely eliminate a stain.
It usually only takes several weeks to completely biodegrade a fresh oil or fuel stain, but it may take several months to biodegrade an old, deeply embedded one. When OGE is applied to an oil stain or spill, it chemically bonds to the hydrocarbon immediately, so that rain or inclement weather will not wash it away. OGE encapsulates the hydrocarbon, removing the fire hazard and odor of the pollutant. OGE remains attached to the hydrocarbon until it is completely degraded into CO2 and water.
Please note that the less refined a petroleum product is, the longer it will take to biodegrade the spill. In the chart below, the products at the top of the distillate column are the most refined. For example, kerosene spills will be remediated faster than heavy gas oil.

*Very old, deeply embedded oil stains may take up to 120 days to biodegrade
completely, therefore we do not issue refunds prior to 120 days.
